The 2013 Bill James Handbook Projections courtesy of Baseball Info Solutions are now available on the players pages!
My Giancarlo stanton projection- 52 hr’s, 53 rbi
I am so curious about where you project your 53rd RBI coming from.
Somebody is bound to get hit by a pitch.
Who is going to have the worst record, MIA or HOU?
KC is raw dude.
What I learned from this is that Bill James projects Mike Trout to have a .380 BABIP next year. Which… uh…
That seems low, no?
Yeah… I’m confused by that as well.
Meet your 2013 NL Cy Young Award winner, Stephen Strasburg:
17-6, 208.0 IP, 255 K, 2.68 ERA, 255 K, 2.33 FIP
Sorry, for the proofreading fail – a little overexcited about the strikeouts, obviously!
17-6, 208.0 IP, 255 K, 2.68 ERA, 2.33 FIP
And he projects Mike Trout to be BETTER (slightly) than 2012.
Only sortof. What’s odd is that he’s projecting another 30-HR season… with a near-identical BA and ISO and 40 more PAs.
