  3. That great thing about Scherzer is that he throws even faster than Hamilton can run… which I guess isn’t even very fast. There are lots of players that can run comparable speeds to Hamilton. I guess you could say I just dont get the hype of why everyone loves Hamilton. Rest of his skills just dont compensate for his overrated speed.

  5. Doug Dirt posts something along these lines in virtually every thread. I assume he thinks it is funny. It is not.

  7. I remembered the Granderson trade as being Coke and Jackson for Granderson, but clearly I am mistaken What was the full trade then?

  8. The Tigers also got Max Scherzer and Daniel Schlereth. Both were viewed as works in progress. Scherzer’s work seems to be paying off. Last time I checked, Schlereth was setting the speed record for how fast his car got from Comerica Park to Toledo after a flat out disastarous performance in the majors this year.

  11. AJax, Ian Kennedy, and Coke for the slimmer, faster version of Adam Dunn.

  12. Dude had like 10 more WAR than Adam Dunn did last year. He was one whole Mike Trout better than Adam Dunn.
