  6. In Taiwan you can watch the WBC on free cable. In the Us you have to pay an extra 18 bucks for the package that includes MLBN. Might explain the lack of popularity here.

    I for one will not be watching, my bad luck to be in the US for a couple of months.

  8. about the video of Asian series,
    the one who hit a deep triple in 0:34 was not Chou,
    it was Pin-Chieh Chen who plays in Cubs’ system now
    in that video, Chou hit a foul-HR in about 5:15

  9. You don’t have to be a Catholic to attend to or award athletic scholarship from Fu Jen University. However, many Taiwanese aborigines are Christian, and Chou is Amis people. (FYI, Chang Tai-shan, also an Amis, identify himself a Christian.)

  10. What happened in 2012? He gained 90 ponts in wOBA from 2011, but only 7 in wOBA+?
