  1. Is there any evidence that pitchers “dial it up” in two-strike counts with their fastballs? Like if you took the average velocity on all fastballs thrown in two-strike counts vs. the ones thrown in any other count…

  3. probably a case by case basis. i’d be curious about seeing a heat map with location of the whifs.
