  3. Does the suspension mean that the players contracts are extended by the number of games suspended? E.G. The player has a contract to play for two seasons and is suspended for half a season so they now are obligated to play for an additional 50 games longer than originally anticipated?

  4. Wendy, I have seen reports that minor league players who are on the 40 man roster (e.g., Montero) will get credit for major league games that are after the minor league season is over, so they will not have any “carryover” into 2014 as you mentioned above. Is that correct?
