  1. It’s really cool that you guys post these here. Even though I’m still in school, and therefore not yet ready for positions like this, It’s really nice to see what teams want in positions like this.

  3. Yeah the 2nd job is something I’ll be looking for when I finish college. Thanks for posting this.

  5. I’m still in college pursuing a degree in CS but this seems right up my alley. I’ve built an MLB database and I’m currently working for 6 months full-time at a company that does exactly this type of stuff (but not baseball related).

I hope to see more ads like this in the future, and it would be awesome if more job opportunities like this opened up!

  11. You will get paid a LOT more and work less hours if you do the same thing for a non-sport organization.

  12. Keep posting these in like 3-4 years when I (hopefully) have my MS in Statistics / Business Analytics.

  13. LOL
Ever think that’s not the point?

That people might work more hours and earn a little less to be involved in baseball?

I’d be applying in a heartbeat if I was qualified, but as I said below, I’m still working on it.

  16. Darn, looks a little too rough for me:
    • Ability to lift and carry items up to 15 lbs.
    • Ability to sit for an entire shift.
    • Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls and cuts.

  17. I think there must be some mistake here. There appears to be content in any way related to splits in this post.
