  1. Michael Ratterree looked great in the weekend series against Stanford. Kid’s forearms are huge, and he can handle the middle-infield. His baserunning looked awful on his one SB attempt, though.

  2. Thank god for George Horton. Without him, I’d be concentrating on how both of the UO basketball teams got swept this week.

  4. I played against Florida Gulf Coast 3 & 5 years ago, when they were still D2. We snapped their 18-game win streak the first time and got completely shut down the second time. It’s amazing to see teams like this rise so quickly, considering the school itself is only 13 years old and is in its 8th season of baseball.
