  1. I’m curious, was this type of division- or team-level draft review done last year as well? How about ’08?

    I think it might be neat to also do an update a year in (and then maybe again 2 years in). For instance, with another year of performances, how would you describe each team’s ’09 draft class today? How does that compare with your assessment from a year ago? What changed?

    I dunno, just a thought. I appreciate the series, though. It’s detailed but digestible.

  2. I’m loving what Lipka is doing in the GCL. For a two sport guy that was supposed to be somewhat raw, his numbers look pretty good. I’m not sure I believe he can stick at SS, but he plus plus speed that should play well in CF at worst. Too bad they can’t really move him up at this point because of a glut of SS at the lower levels. It’d be interesting to see if he’s a GCL mirage or if he could already handle the Appalachian League.
