  2. Wow, Colby Rasmus has 2.6 WAR already this year (folks that’s on pace for 7+ WAR).

    But, looking at his stat line …

    .279-5-38 doesn’t look like much. Really, .279 with 15 home runs isn’t jaw dropping.

    Walking more, striking out less, at the expense of power. Good for him.

    He’s still gonna K ~150 times, but he’s also on pace to walk 100 times.

    I knew Rasmus was having a very good season … I didn’t notice he was having an awesome season.

  3. On his second dinger yesterday, Carlos Peguero became the first left-handed hitter I have ever seen hit a homerun to left-centre in Safeco Field.
