    i’m curious as to your feelings about the phillies system. you hint that they’re a little thin after the pence deal. rankings wise, how much of a step back do you see them taking in the minds of yourself and other evaluators? also, how much of the downgrade comes from loss of talent in trades vs high potential (but low level) talent not actualizing that potential?

  2. Marc, can you elaborate on your line about Urbina’s stuff taking a step back this year? That seems like the key phrase of the report! I’m not nearly so concerned about his stats at age 18 in the hitter-friendly Appy league.
