      The context was injuries, so “getting injured by HBP is not systemic or repeatable” was the implication. And if anything, Victorino proves that point, since his health issues (as far as I can recall) have not resulted from HBP despite the frequency with which he cheats his way to first gets in the way of pitches. Unless sticking your bicep into the strike zone causes lower back tightness.
