I have an honest question : what is the logical fallacy or disorder displayed in Carson’s confession – that he left a respectable job (teaching) for fear of being fired? Or that he and his interlocuteur display in not applying themselves for fear of negative feedback, ect.

    My sincere thanks.

Also, if you please, how would a young man or woman avoid committing such mistakes? (to avoid being “not yet truly successful” perpetually.)
