		<description>I haven&#039;t done Bartlett, but I tend to eyeball a 7/5/3 unless I know something about what&#039;s happened with a guy.  I imagine people make similar judgments when they look at a guy&#039;s previous seasons.</description>

		<description>Note that Bartlett had the highest LD rate in baseball last year. Although his GB rate went down 14% his LD rate went up 5.5% and his popup rate went down 3%, so his BABIP, while definitely still somewhat inflated, isn&#039;t as ridiculous as it may seem.</description>
