The tribe should call up Marte and let him play out the year. If he does develop into what his line suggests, a league average hitter, and plays above average defense, he could be an effective cog in their infield and they could move Perelta while he still has some value.

If you bring marte up to the big league club the only ABs he could possibly get are at 3B. Especially if the Indians call LaPorta back up, who figures to get ABs at 1B/OF/DH. Trade Marte now. His value might never be higher.
