FanGraphs Audio: Dayn Perry, Freedom-Ruiner
Episode 141
Like important musician Lee Greenwood, Dayn Perry knows that he’s free. Unlike Lee Greenwood, Dayn Perry uses that freedom to morally objectionable ends — like, for example, ruining wholesome baseballing podcasts. Which, this episode of FanGraphs Audio is evidence of that.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Carson, you write things and even used to teach people to write things, correct? What is with the “Which, this episode of FanGraphs Audio is evidence of that” sentence construction? Does it not sound horribly awkward to anyone else? Wouldn’t any such sentence be vastly improved by adding an “Of” before the “which” and eliding “of that” or simply eliding the introductory “which,” and leaving “that” at the end?
Sorry not trying to be a jerk or grammar gendarme, just wondering if I’m actually mistaken and all alone on this one.
Anyways thanks for the podcasts, I never miss ‘em. Really a big fan of the website.
I was surprised by this construction too but am not sure it’s incorrect, would anyone with a strong grasp of English grammar like to give a hand here?
This reminds me of that one scene in Finding Forrester, discussing the use of conjunctions as sentence starters. And ‘which’, I would imagine, is just as fine as ‘and’.
