		<description>With the Rays, you&#039;ve got a bunch of guys that are each 1-2 games above league average (in terms of WPA), and few drags, so the sum of these is a winning team. Few, if any superstars, but a very balanced team that doesn&#039;t depend on the health of one or two players. No obvious champions, but a team that could walk away with World Series rings because they&#039;re (almost) all good.</description>
