Live Play Logs & Box Scores
Just as the title says, there are now play logs and box scores for live data. Unlike the graphs they do not update automatically, so you’ll have to refresh the page if you want the latest data. I might change that if enough people would prefer to have it update automatically every 30 seconds to a minute.

Very cool. Last season I often found myself wondering about the impact of plays that happened earlier in the game, but would have to wait until the next day. Now we don’t have to wait.

As for the refreshing thing, I don’t think it’s necessary. I think most people follow the graph and would just occasionally check the play log.

I would love to have the play log and box score refresh. If it didn’t, I would have to open another page from ESPN for a refreshing box score. It may just be me being lazy, but isn’t that what the internet is all about?

I’ll put them on a 45 second refresh and see how they behave. Don’t think it should be much of a problem.
