		<description>To answer my own question, double plays happen 5.4% of the time with a man on first and third, and 6.4% of the time with the bases loaded, so loading the bases doesn&#039;t really help your double play cause all that much.  

If you have your mind set on walking Howard, it would be worth it to at least try and pitch around Howard instead of intentionally walking him.  Maybe you get him to strike out considering his very high strikeout rate and if you do walk him, you&#039;re not really that much worse off.</description>
