		<description>I don&#039;t recall ever having heard of Marcum or Litsch as they moved up through the minors, so I suspect they weren&#039;t seen as premier talents.  And yet, someone in that organisation has been teaching pitchers to mix pitches REALLY WELL, and it&#039;s turned them both into solid middle-of-the-rotation guys.

I&#039;d love to read a Q&amp;A with Toronto&#039;s coaching staff about this.</description>
