I question if ever all the Snow spanning the north half of the world should be because of the cut sunspot activity, and if an absolute maintained degree of lowered sunspot action would probably affect our pace of global heating.

Experts are asking if ever all of the Cold temperature spanning the north half of the world might be due to the lower sunspot process, and if a major sustained degree of fallen sunspot process will shape this pace of global warming.

Very interesting to see the groundball trends, but even more interesting to see that 17 guys have been drafted over the last 6 years! As for Rzep...if he can cut down the BBs issued, I could see him as a #3-4 SP, a solid guy who could log 200IP with 150+ Ks...

Show and Percy aside, our best ever pitching prospect was probably Daron Kirkreit, who was an early pick and I think the only D2 guy on the 1992 olympic team. I believe he was on the UCR team that beat Fullerton when Fullerton was ranked #1 and UCR was still D2. Impressive, but not quite as impressive as the 1989 basketball team beating fourth ranked Iowa in a Christmas tournament.

-Seitz, UCR class of 1995.

"Bare watching"? Showing up naked in the stands would probably be frowned on.

I guess the powers that be at UCR decided to do things a little differently after seeing Troy Percival in action (28.2 GB%, 57.1 FB%). Not sure about Eric Show, an't find GB% for him on FanGraphs, might be too early.

Mitchell - as a fellow Riversider, I have fond memories of eating at the Sub Station across the street from UCR...

My father was actually the Sports Information Director at UCR for a long time, and I live just minutes away from UCR. Very rarely do they receive any kind of attention on a national scale, so this is pretty cool to see. I actually hit against Paul Bargas a few years back. He's probably one of the toughest, most impressive lefties I ever faced. It comes as no surprise to me that he's dominated his short stint in the Minors thus far.

Good read, Marc.
