		<description>Soto was 155 on draft day, but according to scouts and coaches has put on about 15-20 pounds in the year since he&#039;s been drafted.  6&#039;4, 170-175 is still ridiculously skinny, but he&#039;s only 19 so he could definitely add some more weight and is tall enough to get a lot of leverage on a fastball or any kind of pitch with downward motion.  He seems like a long shot now with his velocity sitting in the high 80&#039;s, but his ground ball rate is around 60% and his body is very projectable.</description>
