Have to disagree. Piscotty was playing LF the two times I saw him at Stanford this last year, and has also played 1B and RF. Piscotty moved to the outfield to get Alex Blandino's bat into the lineup (a legit SS who was being blocked there by Kenny Diekroeger), not because he couldn't play third.

IIRC, Cleto no longer has rookie eligibility. Also, Seth Blair has so far put up numbers that resemble the bad version of Oliver Perez while being old for his level. I'm stunned that Greg Garcia didn't make the list.

Jenkins is bigger than McDonald, and should throw harder in the long term. I think he could end up being a Matt Garza type pitcher in the long run. As far as scouting is concerned he should be maybe a slot or two higher on this list, and he's got the talent to fly up next year.

Might be one of my favorite non-breakouts out there right now.

I'm not SP, but in one word: command. If he ever learns to throw that stuff where the catcher wants it, he has the arm to be very good. Problem is, he has not learned it, and therefore has oscillated between seasons with grossly inflated walk rates (e.g. 2011) and seasons where he avoids walks by throwing strikes down the pipe that batters tee off on (2012). By now it is highly doubtful that he will ever figure that out, and there are more urgent guys to develop.
