Profile: Boxberger would like a mulligan on 2016. He injured a core muscle in March badly enough to require surgery that shut him down for two months. In his first outing back, he re-injured himself and missed another two months. Once he finally returned for good, his command was not the same, and the swing-and-miss stuff he had in '14 and '15 that made him so good suffered as well. He has likely been Wally Pipp'd from the closer role, although the team could upset fantasy owners and interchange him and Colome as the situation dictates. Boxberger needs his command back if that is to happen, because his changeup is not the same without well-placed fastballs greasing the skids for it. (Jason Collette)

The Quick Opinion: When Boxberger is on, there is a lot of swing and miss in his game, but homers are always going to be a problem for him. That holds down his fantasy value even when he is in the closer role.
