Profile: Gennett did enough last year to be a borderline option in NL-only leagues, finishing the season as the No. 24 second baseman. He chipped in a little bit of everything, but not much of anything. In a real-life baseball context, Gennett is a replacement-level talent, and it seems that the Brewers are replacing him. Jonathan Villar is expected to play second full-time this year, with Orlando Arcia at short. The acquisition of Travis Shaw gives the team a third baseman, which leaves Scooter in a likely utility role off the bench. (Scott Strandberg)

The Quick Opinion: He could gain some NL-only value again if the injury bug bites the Brewers. Unless that happens, he should be ignored in all formats. I just don't see him playing enough to make any meaningful impact.
