|Profile: Let's not bother sugarcoating things. Erick Aybar was atrocious in 2016. At 33 years old, he's not as quick as he used to be, which turned him from a solid defender into a mediocre option, and also ended his base-stealing days. San Diego signed him, even though Aybar no longer has any pop in his bat, or pep in his step. For two straight seasons, he's been a below-average player both offensively and defensively. The Quick Opinion: Aybar is still a stud if you're in an AL-only league that uses 2011 stats. Unfortunately, that's not a real thing.
