Profile: 2013 sure feels like a long time ago if you're Daniel Nava. That year, he hit .303/.385/.445 with 12 homers, making him a viable fantasy option for the first — and probably last — time. Since then, he has a grand total of six long balls, and spent the last two years valiantly fighting a limited-playing-time battle against the Mendoza Line. Nava finds himself in Philadelphia this year, and he seems to have a decent shot of making the team as a bench bat. Even if that happens, he'll probably only make spot starts against right-handed pitching until the likes of Nick Williams, Roman Quinn and Dylan Cozens get called up to take his spot. (Scott Strandberg)

The Quick Opinion: I guess it's conceivable that Nava could stumble his way into fantasy relevance in very deep leagues in the season's early portion. Still, he only hits righties. With the left-handed Williams and Cozens knocking down the door — and the switch-hitting Roman Quinn doing the same — Nava will probably end up back in Triple-A by June, even if he makes the team out of spring training.
