Profile: Decker has spent parts of four seasons in the major leagues, and yet, by plate appearance total, still has his rookie qualifications. He has carved a niche out in Triple-A as a player who can get on base at a high rate, steal some bags, and get called up to the big leagues every now and then to provide some depth when the big league roster is dealing with multiple injuries. He has over 1,500 plate appearances in Triple-A while spending time with three organizations and is only now turning 27 during the offseason. He should be able to continue chasing the on-base record in Triple-A for the next few years while waiting for more cups of coffee from the big league level. (Jason Collette)

The Quick Opinion: Well down the path to Triple-A lifer who continues to show impressive on-base skills that have not made it into his checked luggage when he flies to join the big league clubs.
