Can I join your league? I proposed a trade with similar goals two weeks ago that is still sitting there, un-accepted/rejected/countered. There have been no trades during this period.

I really like these trades for Gerbils, especially the last two. Picking up Profar may be a move that pays dividends for years, and both Hultzen and Bauer could come quickly. Bill James loves him some Ryan Lavarnway, too.
There have been 13 trades in our Ottoneu league since the end of the season. It’s been great to have a flurry of activity, and we’ve seen similar players move teams including Lavarnway, Hultzen, Baker, and others along with some big names including Braun, Pujols, Holliday, Zimmerman…
Should be a fun Otto off-season as the winter meetings heat up…

I love reading these articles about ottoneu and I love the way the league is set up. I just don’t like that its mainly just $9.99 and no prize. I like to win money with fantasy too and it keeps owners interested. I’ve created and already paid for a $249 version of ottoneu and no one is remotely interested. To me, with how deep these leagues are and with a big payout this would be the premier type of league on the internet but there is no interest. Saber-friendly scoring scares away the bigger money guys because they don’t really understand baseball anyway and big money scares away saber guys. I really would like this league to form but I’m getting less confident everyday.
