  1. One thing to watch with Emilio Bonifacio is his SBs. If Ozzie (remember Juan Pierre) puts him in the lead off spot watch out. He could easily be looking at 50+ SBs in 2012.

  3. and id be willing to bet that Guillen already has him penciled in as the everyday leadoff hitter… his position will be determined by the offseason moves the Marlins make. If any.

    seems like a lot of the articles that have mentioned Bonifacio on this site have completely failed to give him any credit for actually improving his skills. Im not sure why that is since he just entered his prime last year, and getting the full time AB’s couldve have not only given him the confidence to try/refine a new approach, but also give him the repetition many hitters seem to need.
