  1. This article is well done…just like my fantasy team now that Werth is broken.

  2. That one hurt, huh? I think I’m picking up Mike Carp as his replacement. That’s quite the drop off.

  3. I believe the National’s are planning on using Nady and Bernadina. The better combination would be Lombardozzi and Moore, at least they have lots of potential.

  4. if you were dependent on werth to win your league, you were probably done already

  5. I expected 20+ HRs and 15+ SBs with a .300+ AVG and 75+ Rs/RBIs. That’s not bad for an OF2 in 12+ teamers.

  6. I guess my league has a bigger drop off than most as Campana & Nieuwenhuis are already gone. My best option was Jarrod Dyson, but I do have an option of picking up ol’ relyable Johnny Damon.

  7. .300+ avg is a ballsy prediction considering he’s never hit that high before. But yeah the other projections were ok, but a little optimistic.

  8. I’ll try not to use ‘but’ twice in the same sentence next time.

  9. All I do is hit the baseball, maybe I can get more than 200 ABs this year!

  10. I was actually a bit relieved to drop Werth, guilt free. I have Quentin waiting on the shelf and picked up Chipper for 3B and slide Joey Bat(less, so far) into the OF. Pagan was available so I picked him up, too. Just gotta wait to see how it shakes out.

  11. Kyle Seager is an odd offering as a Werth replacement. Even in Y! leagues with their generous position requirements he qualifies for 3B,SS. What gives?

  12. I picked up Ian Stewart in my NL only league to replace Werth. I was outbid for Ransom and Tyler Greene. My only other option was Lombardozzi. I had J Schafer in my ut spot, so I can grab anyone. Should I trust Lombo to keep playing AND keep hitting? Or hope that Stewart continues to improve?
