This information is bit incomplete, I must say that the homework was done really good, but the problem came when you tried to assemble this information and present it. No doubt you did your best and I appreciate the fact that this will help as well, you should read other posts as well to make your posting really to the point and really understandable. I will PM you some of the threads about this topic so that the next time you visit the forum and post something really informative like this, it will be more effective and helpful to all.

Not this year, but if he can show, at the end of this year, that he can get those groundballs up, those flyballs down (and therefore give up fewer home runs), he still has the strikeout rate of a closer, and his secondary stuff has advanced a little, too.

Don't like the walk rate a ton, either, but he's had better walk rates in the past, too, so I think it's all about the GB/FB situation. Arredondo is a better bet for a good 2010 than Jepsen in my mind, because he's shown a clearer progression in his career and his best year didn't come out of nowhere as much as Jepsen's did.

What are the chances that Arredondo gets a shot at closing, either this year or next?
