In my opinion his BAA is way too high to be drafted in such a late round. Since 95 Chipper has had ups and downs, but he is still an asset to have on any fantasy team. In the fourth paragraph I referenced a "standard 12-team mixed league" and unless otherwise stated I think all writers will consider this to be the default league.
