In addition to his power, he's considered to be a pretty good athlete who could play center in a pinch. While he'll put runs on the board with his bat, he'll likely take a few off with his glove as well. Those types of players are thought to age better than those with less athleticism. If I recall correctly (you'd probably know better than I do), Dunn didn't get QUITE as much love from scouts, but he still ranked among the top Reds prospects and among the top 100 in the minors. Lots of power though. I expect him to hit for a higher average than Adam Dunn, but Adam actually got off to a better major-league start at about the same age. Dunn was six months older, but he hit for a slightly higher average, had more power and struck out slightly more often but walked a lot more.
