		<description>Regarding Kila, I think there was not a lot to go on to verify he would keep up his production. I agree that it may have been in the Royals&#039; best interest though to give him a try rather than trade for Jacobs (and give up a serviceable reliever in the process).</description>

		<description>Yes, the O&#039;s do have &quot;stacked upper-level pitching talent&quot;, but Matusz is considered one of those quality arms. I highly doubt that he&#039;d be blocked, especially considering he was drafted at #4, as well as pitching extremely effectively.
Tillman and Arrietta are the only two arms that are considered &quot;upper level&quot;, and Matusz is arguably projected to be better than both of them. Can&#039;t wait to see this kid dominate the Yanks &amp; Sox in due time.</description>
