Doesn't that have more to do with Cardinal pitchers being taught to pitch to contact and induce ground balls? I wonder what the HR and R splits are between the Cardinals and the visiting team over this period. As far as I know, the park hasn't changed. Ok, I’m a total noob, but concerning this:
