Maybe something about how the Texas outfield might shake out….if Jones proves himself capable of manning Center Field once again, Hammy couold slide to a corner and he could take away some playing time from Cruz or Murphy.

Im pretty sure Adam Miller has been switched to the pen for now – if not permanently(from rotoworld):

“The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that “if Adam Miller makes it through spring training healthy, he should break camp in the pen.”

The Indians are hoping that a full-time move to the bullpen can keep Miller healthy after injuries limited him to just 94 innings over the past two seasons. According to the newspaper, “Miller was throwing 95 to 98 mph with an 88 mph slider this winter in the Dominican.” Hyperbolic velocity readings aside, Miller has closer stuff if he makes a smooth, healthy transition to relieving.”

Thanks David. Read those at the time and they were good. I guess I’m just hyper-excited about who gets the edge, although I think someone pointed out a few years ago that MLB managers using the few at-bats/innings offered thru spring training to determine regular season starting lineups was a horrible idea. Seems like for fantasy purposes, we should read more into what the manager thinks than anything that happens on the spring training field.

That said, what the dodgers are going to do w/ the back of their rotation intrigues me. And I second the Jays idea too.

Another idea– what about some points on some positions that teams think are settled, but should actually be open (like KC’s 1b spot, or the Orioles supposedly beginning the year with Wieters in AAA.)
