A botched DP ball (only getting one out rather than two to end the inning) as well as a few errors have had runners get on base that otherwise wouldn't. I was, however, turned off by the LOB% -- 88.5 -- much the same way I was for Washburn so far (he is still available, 93.0). Nonetheless there do seem to be encouraging signs for Romero going forward, including a pretty good FIP (3.35). On an unrelated note, I was a bit surprised at Porcello's high FIP (5.59).
