		<description>Porcello has been extremely impressive for his age.  That being said, his decent, but uninspiring, FIP and expected whip make him decidedly &quot;meh&quot; from a fantasy perspective. 

Brett Cecil&#039;s stock is rising relatively more quickly, although he has sample size problems written all over him.   I wouldn&#039;t invest too much in either for this season.    

I am most impressed by Justin Masterson.  Nice k/99, not quite terrible bb/9, and wonder gb/fb. 

Justin Masterson may be the 3rd best starter on the Red Sox right now.   I am surprised that the red sox, an extremely savvy organization, are going to move him to the penn for Brad Penny.   I guess Penny has pitched decently his last 3 turns but still....</description>
