Jake Peavy coughing up a HR to Hafner cost me the win and the fantasy title. Andrew McCutchen's walkoff also gave my opponent's Hanrahan a poached win.

well written. I on the other hand needed Lucas Harrell to pickup the win on that monday for a half point 1st place finish in my roto league, which he did with convincing fashion. Never thought I'd be starting an Astros pitcher in the final week of the season, but that is what I did and it worked out well.

Ouch, dude. I've been there too in seasons past - but yesterday it was my turn for fantasy justice. I also needed a good start from Travis Wood to help make up a deficit in ERA (0.01) rather than wins. When he left in the 7th with two on and one out, I was set to start kicking things. I sat down to watch the dream die - instead, Jaye Chapman (who?) got the DP. Whew.

I would not have been as successful as I was without reading your work and the work of your colleagues this season. A word of thanks isn't the same as a fantasy title but it's something, right? Thanks.
