Q: Is Gyorko on a “phantom” DL stint right now?

    • Nicholas Minnix says:

All indications besides Gyorko’s performance, which may be affected by his injury to some degree, are that it is not.

Thanks for addressing the Lawrie question. I called him the “new” Lawrie because he’s now hitting kind of like what many hoped you’d get from Gyorko, with a 25 hr pace and no steals. As Eno said, he’s been like four different guys, and I know Eno’s liked him in the past. As someone with many shares, I wanted a take on the current guise.

I loved the back and forth on Machado. Both sides made interesting points here and throughout.

    Thanks for your work.

Can you guys discuss Marco Estrada and his crazy homer rate? Does he have a chance to reduce this number because other than that his numbers are OK.

Any chance you can talk Wilin Rosario? Is he just the short half of a platoon these days or still the high upside potential breakout player he was a few years back? How does he compare to, say, Derek Norris?
