Profile: Not sure there is much to say about Joba Chamberlain. In July, the Indians designated him for assignment, he refused the assignment to Triple-A Columbus and found himself a free agent. Despite the gold rush around relief pitching the last year or so, Chamberlain sat out the rest of the 2016 season. He went to camp with the Brewers on a Minor League contract. Everyone needs relief pitching and Chamberlain actually was not half bad last year. The 2.25 ERA is misleading compared to the 3.80 FIP and 4.23 xFIP, but even those numbers are not terrible. He could certainly carve out a niche for himself pitching low-leverage innings for Milwaukee. But his path to saves, or even holds, is going to be long and arduous. And he won't provide value with strikeouts or rates.(Chad Young)

The Quick Opinion: The latest Joba Rules are these: 1) don't use him in high-leverage innings and 2) don't own him on your fantasy team.
