Yesterday, I took you on a very boring journey through my opening of 1700 baseball cards. It’s true, you can look it up.

I once spent a summer in Minneapolis. One of my favorite moments: catching a Kent Hrbek foul ball and learning 20 seconds later from the old guy next to me that Danny Gladden’s nickname was “The Dazzle Man.” Dude, The Dazzle Man.

That R.J. Reynolds card was really disappointing if you first looked at the card from bottom to top or were able to see the non-name parts of the card through the packaging.
