Completely misread the title. Anyone else do the same?
I thought I misread the title, and then actually it was exactly what I had thought. I’m confused.
I thought that this post was going to cross the line of what fangraphs could and couldn’t be. I really thought this was going to be a comparison of 18th century ejaculations to Stanton’s home runs.
Then, when I read the opening paragraph, I thought that these would have the announcers replaced by some one describing the home runs with 18th century exclamations.
Carson built me up, only to let me down.
Whatever, Dad. Nothing I ever do is good enough for you.
Don’t talk back like that son. You need to learn to appreciate all I’ve done for you. I’ve fed you, let you live in my home for 44 years, and still all you do is sit in your basement looking at your Saby-metericks and your Fang Raps. Get a real job. Be a man.
