  1. Too close to home, though the picture at the end did make me giggle slightly before I realized I am in an all too similar predicament. Darn you modern cost of education and crippling recession!

  2. Too close to home indeed. Maybe I would do well to pay more attention to my professors during class and less attention to whoever is doing the FanGraphs Chat on any given day…

  3. You would need to play longer. You forget that your good ol’ Uncle Sam will want his cut of that $90k and anything else you earn as a zero WAR MLB bench warmer.

  4. Hey, brothers, I’ll cosign this. Now, let’s raise some Jordan Pacheco’s, the Jose Altuvean economic indicator. Too much paperwork to petition MLB, let’s kidnap some mamas.

  7. I recommend you cut up your credit cards and pay just the interest every month on them. @15%, that’s $138.45

Then, at the end of every month, deposit $154.71 (+ $4 low cost brokerage fee) into junk bonds or a junk bond ETF earning 7% nominal, compounded monthly.

In 60 months, you’ll have enough in your junk bond fund to pay off the balance of your credit card debt! Hooah!
