Hmm. Why not? If you have a spitball, why not a pooball? When asked how you came up with the pitch, you can literally respond “I pulled it out of my @ss.” The only problem is there are limits to how much the catcher can assist in the chicanery without the grounds crew murdering him, not to mention the inevitable spike in the wet-naps budget.

Hitters should perhaps think about pooing up their bats. You have to assume some would transfer to the ball on contact, and what fielder will want anything to do with that? Instant 45% increase in inside-the-park round-trippers.
