I wonder if the bat flip derby will ever show up at the all-star game. Judging would be just like the slam-dunk contest. In my mind, anyway.

I just love it when a guy crushes the ball so hard, the pitcher kind of shows a flinch, and you can see he contained himself not to drop to the ground in fear, just for the noise/potential fatal comebacker.

I can’t find any supporting video, but I remember Glenallen Hill used to have wicked bat flips on home run swings.
