Well, since Kevin Bass is the subject… my memory of Kevin Bass will forever be as the guy that hit the ball that Griffey caught against the Kingdome wall and broke his wrist TWO DAYS before I saw my first M’s game (back in 95). It was a major bummer, so to this day when I hear “Kevin Bass”, I think, “…is an ass”. That is all.
Just don’t repeat his name three times whilst standing before a mirror.
