Spotted: Karim Garcia on First Base

First, Karim Garcia was Baseball America’s seventh-overall prospect. Then, he played on at least 11 different teams in at least four different countries. Then he hit a single in the bottom of the eighth inning of his team (Obregon’s) Caribbean Series game against Puerto Rican club Mayaguez, and currently resides at first base on a baseball diamond in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The highlight of his career, up to this point, was kicking a fan repeatedly in the ribs in the Fenway bullpen.
Do the Caribbean Series winners get a ring?
He’d better run….that tornado is getting awfully close.
Laughed out loud.
hahahaahhaahahah comment of the year
Who is Karim Garcia?
I know this guy. He played Korea last season and his career was 0.246, 18HR, 61RBI on 76games. His accuracy is not good but he has great power and he is one of the exciting player I think. haha
I caught a grand slam he hit in Seoul in 2010. It bounced out of a scrum of fans and rolled to my feet while I was on a beer run. Maybe it was 2009. He was with LOTTE.
Nice try, sir – but that is clearly Jeremy Giambi and he is clearly on the proverbial lamb after a night of sweaty fornication and imbibing in Santo Domingo…
