Stealing Matt’s Rebus Idea

I liked Matt’s rebus post last week. I decided to make my own.

Hint #1: Famous line from a movie

Hint #2: My rebus will not win points for precision

If anyone can guess this, either you are amazing, or I am bad at determining how impossible this will be.

Indeed, you are both correct. I guess this wasn’t impossible to solve, only pointless. Nice work.

It would be much more difficult if I couldn’t see each player’s name (except Cliff Lee’s) by mousing over his picture.

Nicely done. I actually considered rebusing this one too, but got too hung up on wanting to use Rob Deer. We’ll stump these people yet!

The only picture I knew for sure was Frank Thomas. From there, I guessed that the Texas player was probably Cliff Lee. At that point, I knew the answer, though I still didn’t know any of the other pictures except Haren.
