What's up with Uggla? Think he picks it up in the 2nd half again this year?

Uggla's last 3 half-seasons couldn't be more different. He was the worst player on earth in early 2011, then set the world on fire in the second half, and this season has somehow turned into a a high OBP, low SLG player. Who is the real Uggla? Is he just passed his prime and in decline and we should expect more of the same, or should he look more like his old self going forward?

It's a basic tenet of sabermetrics that players will generally  'look more like their old selves' and regress toward their mean, however, players will also decline as they age. So your answer is somewhwere in the middle:

Uggla's ZiPS RoS wOBA is .331, up from his current .324 wOBA, but below his career wOBA of .356.
